Signing in

• Use the Microsoft or Google account your organization invited, or choose “Continue with Email” to get a 6-digit code.
• Relay is for members of an organization. If you can't sign in, ask whoever manages Relay at your organization to invite you.

Notifications

• Relay notifies you when an agent needs your approval. You can approve or decline from the notification; Face ID confirms it.
• Set quiet hours in the app under Settings. Approvals can still come through during quiet hours.
• To turn notifications off entirely, use iOS Settings → Notifications → Relay.

Your data

You can delete a conversation from the conversation list. To delete your account, email us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
